Instant Prescriptions
Need medication urgently? Our IMC registered doctors can issue Instant Prescriptions or handle Prescription Revisions for repeat medication.
How it works: Your prescription is sent electronically to your chosen pharmacy for immediate collection.
Medical Certificates
If you are unwell and unable to work, we can provide the necessary documentation. We issue Sick Certificates and Fitness Certifications (Fit to Work Certs) digitally after your consultation.
Specialist Referrals
Sometimes, you may need more specialized care. Our doctors can provide Referrals to consultants or hospitals if your medical condition requires further investigation or treatment.

We are Open 24/7. Our service is available round-the-clock, so you can book a consultation and get medical help whenever you need it, day or night.
How do I get my prescription?
If the doctor determines that you need medication, they will issue an Instant Prescription. This is sent electronically directly to your chosen pharmacy, making it easy for you to collect your medication.
Can I get a sick note or medical certificate?
Yes. Our doctors can issue Sick Certificates, Fitness Certifications, and “Fit to Work” Certificates during your consultation. These are provided digitally for your convenience.
Is the video consultation secure?
Absolutely. We prioritize your privacy and use a Secure Patient Portal for all consultations. Your personal health information and the video/audio connection are fully protected.
